I heard recently Wisconsin offered. I'd have to assume they'd jump ahead of BC.

It sounds like the order may be 1. Wisconsin 2. NC State
Since Peterson was the coach at Utah State (who apparently was his favorite before the coaching change), I have to assume Wisconsin has the slight edge.
